Introducing Sacred Origin's Iconic fig.

For the very few that have this fig and are trialing it...it was released under the temporary name "corning purple".

A berry fig with fragrant floral notes. Iconic is an ancient tree found in very close proximity with Crema di Mango, Crema di Mora and Kiwi. There are more figs in this grove to evaluate. This fig is worthy of appreciation and I am excited to share this with the fig loving community! For those outside of California, we have confirmation of it producing in NC without the fig wasp. It was reported that severe rain pounded the trees in the orchard for several days and most all the figs on other trees split but Candy Apple and Iconic "laughed at the rain". It was also reported that the flavor was rich and decadent, not watered down.  Productive sometimes with 2 figs on a node.
