Coco Colada

Coco Colada is a strikingly large, dense fig that delivers pure tropical indulgence. Its pale green skin hides a thick, custardy interior with a glowing amber–peach center, packed with syrupy sweetness. The flavor is unmistakably colada-inspired—soft coconut cream, ripe pineapple, and a gentle honeyed finish—so evocative that even an 8-year-old described it excitedly as “coconut,  definitely coconut!” Each bite is rich and smooth, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that lingers like a beachside dessert.

In the garden, Coco Colada is just as impressive: a prolific producer of oversized fruit with a tight eye, making it reliable even in humid or variable conditions.
