Adam Apricot is a unique and versatile fig, offering both a male breba crop for pollination and a delicious edible summer crop. The early breba crop consists of inedible, violet-colored male figs rich in pollen and wasps, making it an excellent choice for fig pollination.

The edible summer crop is a prolific producer of green-yellow figs with interiors ranging from pink to golden. When nearly ripe, the flesh has a refreshing honeydew melon flavor, while fully ripe figs develop unmistakable notes of apricot and honeydew. These figs are often low in seeds, with some fruits containing none at all. We are awaiting confirmation if this is a persistent capri fig.

Persistent caprifigs are highly valuable for breeding, as a certain percentage of their offspring can carry genetics for creating "common figs", making it both a practical and flavorful addition to any fig collection. This variety grows in close proximity to the well-known Cherry Pie fig, combining ornamental appeal with remarkable utility for pollination and eating.
