This fig is a chance seedling, believed to have been planted by birds, and was found growing in the same grove as Weeping Apple Pie. Like its wild companion, Honey Apple shares a graceful weeping growth habit, its branches naturally arching under the weight of fruit, giving the tree an almost storybook presence.

The figs are generously sized, well-formed, and produced in abundance, rewarding the grower with reliable harvests. Still little known and not yet common, Honey Apple feels like a rediscovered treasure—one shaped by nature rather than design.
