BlackBerry Tart is an exceptionally rare, ultra-dark fig prized for both its dramatic appearance and elite flavor profile. The fruit ripens to a deep black skin that gleams on the tree, concealing a striking crimson-to–wine-red interior. The interior is often bright red, but when allowed to hang a little longer it turns almost black.  Its flesh is dense, syrupy, and richly aromatic, delivering a luxurious dessert experience that unfolds in layers—intense sweetness followed by a bold, tangy blackberry finish that lingers on the palate.
