Candy Blossom

Candy Blossom is a newly discovered fig from Sacred Origin, a variety that seems almost too sweet to be real. Large, beautiful fruits ripen with soft green and dusky violet tones, opening to reveal a glowing ruby-pink interior packed with syrupy nectar.

The flavor is remarkably intense—like liquid candy suspended inside the fruit. Every bite releases waves of berry jam, spun sugar, honey, and fruit punch, followed by a lingering sweetness that coats the palate. When fully ripe, droplets of nectar often gather around the eye and neck of the fruit, giving the impression that the tree itself is producing candy.

The flesh is exceptionally juicy, tender, and melting, with a rich jammy center balanced by delicate floral notes. Despite its sweetness, the flavor remains bright and lively rather than heavy.

As a brand-new discovery, Candy Blossom's pollination requirements remain unknown, and further observation will determine whether it is a common-type fig or requires fig wasp pollination in certain climates.
