A striking dark fig with deep purple to black skin with some kelly green contrast that gives way to a deep yellow and orange, jewel-toned interior. Gialla Noir offers a rich, complex flavor profile—layered with ripe berry notes, classic fig depth, and a subtle jammy sweetness that lingers on the palate. The flesh is dense and luscious, delivering a satisfying balance of sweetness and depth without being overly syrupy.

A seedling discovered several years ago that I have kept to myself. The time has come to share. Whether it proves common or not,  Gialla Noir stands out for its bold contrast, refined flavor, and potential as a standout fig for collectors and enthusiasts alike.
